La qualité de construction du produit est supérieure à la compétition pour cette gamme de prix. Le treilli du dos et du siège est solide, offre un beau look en plus de permettre une bonne ventilation. Le roulement de la base est de bonne qualité. L'appuie tête est trop avancée pour ma taille (5'10"), même en position la plus reculée, ce qui m'empêche d'être confortable/ergonomique, je l'ai retiré. Même chose pour les appuies-bras, ils ne se descendent pas assez pour ma taille, j'ai dû les retirer car mes épaules étaient trop en tension vers le haut. La position du dossier en relation au siège n'est pas adéquat pour ma taille, ce qui me donne mal au bas du dos à la fin de la journée. Outre ces détails décevants, je suis satisfait du produit.

I've been using it for at least 6-8 months. It's not as comfortable as I expected. Build quality seems average. Not a bad product....it simply does the job

Not the most comfortable chair to sit on for long hours even though I'm an average weight/height male. The headrest goes up to my neck meaning that the chair is too small for my body. On top of that, the height of the armrests is uneven and the seat slopes down at the rear. Currently in touch with customer service to return the chair.

Format intéressant pour moi qui est de petit gabarit. Par contre, je suis déçue de la fermeté de l’assise. Je doute de la longévité même pour l’utilisation occasionnelle que j’en fais. Je n’ai pas installé l’appuie-tête car très inconfortable pour moi.

The chair itself is okay, but I ran into a couple of problems while both building the chair, and a few weeks after using the chair built. While building I encountered: - The wheels not locking into the base, they wouldn't push in all the way and it's still like that. - I didn't get the instructions in the box or anywhere rather. After building I encountered: - The armrests randomly gaining and losing height, when doing absolutely nothing. - The chair height also randomly gaining and losing height, I once sat on my chair without holding the lever and it just lowered all the way down? - When trying to move the chair, the base of wheels rotates when I don't want it doing so, but when it does, the wheel makes contact with my middle leg of my table, which means I would have to readjust the chair once again.
