The one arm doesn’t lock and my husband found some loose parts on it. They won’t send replacement parts until you send pictures. Also won’t send replacement until they receive this one back doesn’t work when you have someone depending on it.

Bought it in May. The brake on the left side is broken already. I wouldn’t buy this again.
