I liked the look of the chair . When it arrived, the box had a couple of holes in it and once I opened the box 5 little black plastic pieces fell out and I could not find where they came from. Hopefully when I start to use it, I won't find a part that has been broken during the shipment

Delivery was prompt - sooner than expected. Chair fits nicely in the back of our SUV. Easy for my wife to push me around. Not as comfortable as one would want if sitting in it all day but great for trips to the mall or larger stores.

The carton was actually delivered to the front door which we don't use so we had to carry it to the side door off he driveway.
