Arrived heavily cracked with lots of little shards of shattered glass, which I didn't notice right away until I got a glass splinter while taking it out of the box. Gonna throw this away ASAP as there are breather holes in the plastic causing the glass shards to fall out. Requested a replacement, we'll see how it goes. Shame, was looking forward to it. Will update if possible when issue resolved.

Bought this in Feb when it was on sale. Never used it and it was new in box and decided to give it a try today. Nothing worked. Every metal pot and pan would not heat and would give an E0 error. Instructions are poor and says my pot/pan is the issue... Extremely frustrated. Would like if they could resolve my issue, but also realize I should've test the product when I first bought it instead of faithfully trusting a living.ca product.

This item didn't work for me as it was not heating and giving me some error code as soon as i plug in plus the Fan were so noisy. i had to replace it and another one arrived with the faulty one as well. Customer support team was excellent and they issue refund for me.

This unit is only good for boiling water. It has extremely limited control of the heat it only has a few ranges and at the lowest it still can blow my pressure cooker up or it has not got enough heat to keep things cooking.
