Prefer the Salton from Costco at roughly the same price.

machine works great, documentation is poorly written. temperature adjustment ONLY WORKS ON 'hotpot' setting. the buttons on the right side are presets and cannot be changed.

I wish this had a temperature setting that would allow for a simmer. There's only the option to boil or keep warm.
