First one arrived with major cracks with lots of shattered little shards of glass everywhere, even got a splinter because I didn't notice it right away. Only when the shards fell through the package holes in the bag did I notice. I never got to use the product, as it was never opened, and immediately returned. Replacement works fine so far after a couple of months, having been used a handful of times. I use it outdoors when the weather is nice to cook steaks in a carbon steel pan and to avoid the grease/smoke in the house. Pots/Pans get real hot real fast, I only need to use 1200-1400 W setting to get a great sear on my steaks.

Used this item and loved on the first use. The fact that I can pause cooking and resume is 🤨 . I rated it a 4 star right now NOT because it did not work great, but because I am yet to test it for longevity and durability. I will update this review when the conviction of durability is proved.

The fan is really loud. I had no problem understanding the instructions. The unit heats up quickly so perfect for hotpot.

Good induction. Strong performance, same power output as a much more expensive model. Just have to get used to the persistent display with Blue LED's on the control panel.
