happy with this massager. it is fairly powerful , provide good pressure to the muscle, got it on sale and good value for the price .the nodes for the neck is positioned a bit high for shorter person, would be better if the nodes can be adjusted to open up wider to allow head to rest on back of chair when not running the neck nodes.

great quality massage chair, the back massage function is a bit soft compared to other brands but at this price this is very good value for money. Item arrived 2 weeks after the order was placed (late shipping) but customer service was helpful and they called informing the package was lost in transit and they would sending a new one.
