The chair is cozy and it does a pretty good job of providing lumbar support. It rolls quite easily as well and it's sturdy. I still use it as my daily work chair at home as I work from home but I'm beginning to look for a new chair as I am getting quite fed up with the noise of the chair. Within 3 months of owning the chair, it started squeaking quite loudly and it's gotten progressively worse as time has gone by. I have tried to remedy the noise by using WD40 but even after that, it still squeaks loudly. I can't even shift my body weight a little without the chair squeaking and I'm not a heavy set guy at all (180 lbs ). Not sure if I got "lucky" and got a defective chair but this issue is enough to make me want to get a new chair and I've only owned this chair 6 months.

Huge design flaw with this chair. When leaning back at max incline, the entire chair can easily tip over. Had it happen twice in the first hour of using the chair. Also, at max incline, you can feel the middle support bar pressing into your back. In the upright position, the head rest sits too far back. The tension knob for adjusting the tilt doesn't seem to do much at all. It has to be tightened as much as possible, and even then, doesn't really work properly.

Chair is nice, easy enough to assemble. Had defective issue with lift function. I reached out to support and they were very helpful- will be sending me a new piece. Inconvenient in the meantime. Hopefully replacement part comes soon.

The chair is comfy with the mesh material. The ergonomic lumbar is not adjustable but works with my body shape so happy with that as well. The cons are within three days of using the chair, the chair would automatically start going down. I weigh only about 138 pounds (well under the weight limit). I have tried messaging support about this but they won't respond back.

The chair skeleton seems good and durable and worth the price. Although, the mesh fabric is made of very poor plastic material which leads to sweating and uncomfortable seating specially for long hours. Due to the plastic mesh low quality, you will feel the pressure of the seating frame on your body. So it would not be tolerable and I have used one cushion. It worth the price, although, I wish I have invested more on the chair.

Malheureusement, je ne la trouve pas confortable et la position du dossier ne me permet pas d'avoir le dos bien droit. De plus, la chaise fait un grincement depuis jour un.
