I've seen this chair marketed on several different sites and under different brands. I'd prefer to give it three and a half stars, not just three, but that doesn't seem to be an option. The discrete lumbar support is nice and definitely a step up from other chairs at a similar price point. Would be nice if it were independently adjustable. Would also be nice if the armrests could be positioned a little farther forward. The reclining back is nice too, but not enough to distinguish it from other chairs at this price point. Would be nice if it could be locked in more positions than all the way up, all the way back, and/or halfway. Would also be nice if the tilt tension could be firmer. I've also noticed that my left hamstring tends to tighten up after I've been sitting in the chair for extended periods of time, although in fairness I don't know whether that's the chair or just the way I sit. I've seen some reviews complaining about the mesh, but thus far it hasn't bothered me. Over all, a sturdy, functional chair that performs reasonably well. There's room for improvement, but for the price, I'm not going to complain.

It's a decent chair for the price. Mine arrived in -40c weather and I have several cracked plastic pieces. It assembled properly but the plastic cover on the rear of the back piece is cracked in a few places and loose as a result. I have made a support request so I guess we will see how the follow-up service is. I am hoping for a replacement part. Stay tuned.

I found the back of the chair didn't fit me in the right places. Although it feels comfortable, after a few hours in it my mid-back would get sore. And the seat seems comfortable, but after a whole hour on a video call my butt and legs would have fallen asleep. I've adjusted it to the right height, but it remains a problem.

Looks great and feels amazingly comfortable NEW. Sadly the mesh started to sag after 2 years. It's not built like the aeron miller but it's not priced like it either. Some amazing value on this site but this one is a "you get what you pay for" deal.
