Overall a really good chair with excellent value. Was shipped without the caster wheels but Shopper+ supported had the shipped within a two business days. The lumbar support is non-adjustable but conforms really well to the lower back. The arms pivot horizontally on its center but could be improved by moving in and out (so that you can move your elbows closer or further away from your body). Overall very happy.

We bought 3 Staples Hyken mesh chairs for many years and we love it. We need one more but the price went up to $350. As this chair has good reviews, we gave it a try. This chair feels and function exactly like Hyken, except under $200. It is easy to put together. Mesh materials are strong and hope it will hold for years to come.
