Water Nozzle does not move. Nozzle tries to move, but fails to move.. Fan heater OK. Seat warmer OK, LED light OK.

It's not the best bidet , consume so much energy, when you sit on it , the bathroom light keeps flickering. And the dryer is not strong. Despite plumber installation, the sit keeps moving around. Waste of money ...

Be very careful. I mistakenly ordered elongated instead of round. Never unpackaged the item. The company refused to refund or exchange. Since then, I have done a lot of research on electric bidet toilet seats and almost all other suppliers will exchange or refund as long as the item has not been unpacked and installed. I have been ordering items from this site for several years. Never again. Buyer beware.

J’ai retourné le produit parce qu’il ne fesait pas sur ma toilette. J’ai été remboursé moins 30$ De frais de restockage. Plus jamais je ne vais acheter de cette cie.

Initially it was working fine after 3 months of using it started making a continuous loud noise. I am trying to contact customer service for replacement.
