It works very well (so far) and I'd have given 5/5. However the infernal beeping noise every time the seat is sat on is infuriating. I sneak into to the bathroom at night, so as not to wake anyone, sit down, and the loud beep that reverberates may as well have been a doorbell announcing that one has been seated. I found no mention of turning this off in the manual, and the manual does not indicate a support phone number or email. Please, help me end this misery before I go back to using a hose with cold water and a pinecone.

It is very easy to install this product and the instructions can be understood with some reading between the lines. However, the 1/2” T valve and connection house that came with the product did not fit my plumbing and I had to get my own 3/8” T valve and a 3/8” to 1/2” hose to make the connection work. Overall good value for money.

The spout that shoots water has a cover that wasn't made very well, it often gets stuck and you have to reach in and fix it The nuzzle came out and didn't return back to the main position. It happens each time after washing. The holes in the hinge they give you are too wide and the seat slides around which is very uncomfortable. Took me 10 days to replace my order after they promised to send it to me in 2 days. Soo bad experience.

I haven't started to use it because I can't install the Inflated Tube into the mounting holes as existing. Please advise hot to procced the first step. Thanks, Mark

I have bought the first Electronic Bidet Toilet seat two years ago, and I really liked it except the drier part which is useless, but it did not bothered me as I don't use it. Unfortunately it stopped working, but for this price (on sale) I have bought the second one. I love the UV sterilization feature as well. Only three stars because of the short life of the product.

The seat is great, however it was quite a hassle to install as the included T-adapter would not fit. Please have a look at the back of your toilet tank. If you have very limited space (which most of them do), you'll have to invest in additional parts to install this.
