Functionality of the unit once installed is great. However, we had a difficult time installing as the T-junction component included in the install kit was oversized (15/16") for our plumbing. After contacting customer service, they were not at all helpful I'm afraid and advised me to "go to Home Depot and get an adapter". Which we had already done and they didn't have a solution. So after a bit of online searching, came across the correct item to use to make this Bidet operational. Easy to install and works fantastic. Wish the seat was a little bigger and flatter.

Solid bidet with very few issues. The main one being poor drying performance. The rest of the my machine works perfectly and for the price, not much to complain.

We bought this bidet and a toto. This unit is way better value at around a third of the price. recommended for sure. Cleaning action is much more thorough!

Easy to install and comfortable. Have used it for only a week at time of posting so I cannot comment on it’s longevity. The heated seat is nice.
