Overall the chair is great. It has nice bolstering and firm cushions which I like. Assembly was pretty easy, except the plastic covers that go between the base and back weren't a perfect fit and needed some force to stretch them into place to align with the pre-drilled holes. The packaging of the chair can be improved. Mine arrived with some small holes/tears in the seat base, likely just shipping damage.

When I ordered it I was having doubt about ordering a gaming chair online without sitting on it before. After I have gotten the product and sat on it, it felt very comfortable. The cushion is not too soft. It is firm but not as firm as a board, so it is the right amount of firmness. It is quite easy to assemble to chair. I was able to assemble the chair by myself. There could be one or 2 parts that could be easier with a helping hand, but I was able to finish it by myself.

Comfortable and good quality. Could not beat this on sale price.
