When I ordered it I was having doubt about ordering a gaming chair online without sitting on it before. After I have gotten the product and sat on it, it felt very comfortable. The cushion is not too soft. It is firm but not as firm as a board, so it is the right amount of firmness. It is quite easy to assemble to chair. I was able to assemble the chair by myself. There could be one or 2 parts that could be easier with a helping hand, but I was able to finish it by myself.

Ordered this for my son's 15th birthday and it was delivered in 2days. Very comfortable chair and he loves it. Good looking chair too.
