Genuine Xerox toner always works best in Xerox printers. I highly recommend this product.

Printer accepted the cartridge without issue. Don't know how long it will last. Only time will tell. However shipping method leave a lot to be desired. CANPAR not holding up their end of the deal. Not being able to deliver the shipment 3 days after first contact. I'd have preferred to pick up from post office as originally planned.

I ordered the high-capacity toner believing it will last longer than regular one. We received it Sep 29/20 in some old box with masking tapes all over and handwritten notes and date indicating it is 3 years old. I questioned this and tried to exchange for the original new OEM product with no success. I am writing this review after 2 month of usage, when the toner is depleted. Note that original "low" capacity last usually 6-7 months. I'd say I cannot trust any of the products any more and customer service which is not cooperative in trying to fix their mistake. This toner should have been taken back after my first complaint and replaced with an apology. All I received was excuses and denial.
