        Produit défectueux, difficulté à imprimé la première fois. Essayé plusieurs fois avant d'avoir une impression correct. réimpression le lendemain et encore le même problème.

          la premiere cartouche a bien fait son travail mais la cartouche 2 et la cartouche 3 ne fonctionne pas.

            The cartridges say HP63XL but are entirely a different shape and will not fit the printer! I want a refund and will return product!

            would not work with printer even after talking with service department. printer would not recognize ink. had to buy hp over priced ink
