Cartridges work fine. Unfortunately, no instructions were given. I had to call and the agent sent me the link to a video which was not very clear.

I like the new, reusable holder, that you put the ink cartridge in. Not as much packaging waste. Just have to remember to keep the holder, when you take the old / empty one out. You get used to doing though. Very easy to use, just read the directions. Will buy these again
