One of the cartridges worked for awhile. When it stopped working I thought it was empty so I put in the next cartridge. I had the same issue of a faded printout. Tried the third cartridge and had the same problem again. Bought an HP cartridge to make sure it was not a printer problem. Works great now so I can only think it was the cartridges.

first cartridge worked great, replacement cartridges would not work.

Imprimante refusé nouvelles cartouches. Aime pas nouvelles manières de fonctionnement RÉSULTAT MÉDIOCRE probablement dernier achat de ce modèle de cartouches. MERCI.

défaut de la tête d'impression des cartouches d'encre noir qui ne maintient pas la cartouche amovible fermement , il y a un jeu , la cartouche bouge dans le logement . Trés déçu.

Excellent service but the remanufactured product did not work with my printer - I had to return it!

Tres difficile de mettre ma cartouche dans la tete d’impression. J’ai perdu beaucoup d’encre ainsi que m’avoir tâcher les mains afin de réussir après 15 min à clipser minimalement ma cartouche sans qu’elle se déclipse à nouveau. En esperant que la durée de sa vie sera au moins rentable.
