I've only had it for a week but so far so good. Easy to assemble and didn't notice the problems other reviewers had about the arms being too wobbly and armrests too easy to move. Lumbar support is pretty good. After a week of use, my back and neck are in significantly less pain than my older office chair. This is nice enough that I forget to set my desk to standing mode. Since I can't give half stars, I will say the coaster wheels that are stock are terrible. I will be ordering new wheels for the chair soon.

Very good chair, easy to assemble, plenty of support and comfort. Would buy it again. Comments about sensitive armrests are partially correct. This is a style of armrest as they are designed to be moved between different positions easily as posture/positions change throughout the day. If you're the type of person who leans too much on the arm rests they will have the tendency to shift positions. Fix your poor ergonomic behaviour and it won't be an issue!

Very firm, but also very adjustable. Just what I wanted.

Excellent chair for the price when on sale. Lots of adjustments and mesh base provides great support. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint is that the arm rests don't lock. I push down on the arm rests to lift myself up and the arm rests slide forward or move sideways. Otherwise absolutely great chair. Recommended it to many friends

Tres solide, facile à assembler, livraison efficace, bon support. Comme d'autres ont mentionné, l'appuie tête n'est pas facile à ajuster pour une bonne position mais peut être retiré alors c'est bon. Sinon je trouve le mesh un peu collant..

Got it for $220. At this price it is really good. The arm does move a lots but it adjust as ur posture adjust so I am OK with it. Feel good support. Construct seem high quality
