Mine keeps making a really loud cracking noise every single time I lean back into the chair when it is in it's locked mode. Would not recommend.

This was my first home office chair that I purchased since I started working from home. All in all, I really wish I went with something else. I should’ve done more thorough research, as I thought this chair was going to be far more adjustable and comfortable than it is. I’m a big guy, after after over 2 months of giving this chair a chance and trying to get used to it, adjusted everything to the max, I have worse chronic upper back and neck and shoulder pain than I had before. I’ll be switching back to my lazy boy and listing this for sale locally for cheap, and picking up a sit-stand desk. I guess you get what you pay for eh?
