Almost perfect chair. Better than the Staples Hyken I've tried. The delivery was ok. It was supposed to come in 3 days, but got delayed and came after the weekend. So around 6 days. The package however was open and wasn't taped properly. On the first day using the chair, it is fairly comfortable. Soft mesh, good large adjustable headrest, decent lumbar support, and good recline. Im 6'1 160 lb and I have no issue with anything. My bro who is 6'4 also finds it comfortable. The only cons are that the chair is pretty low compared to any other office chair. Rollerblade castor wheels may help add an inch, so I'll try that. And armrests, although comfortable and of good quality, are not fully adjustable.

Kinda low but love the chair

I'm giving only 4 star, but there's a reason, and it's personnal. You should not that it might not affect you personally, so take this review with a grain of salt. That being said, I had to return the chair becase the "ergonomic" part of it actually made it impossible for me to use ! Specifically, the curvature on the seat for the lower part of your back. It was proheminent enough that if I wanted to rest my head, I would need to forcefully push myself so my back curve a lot to acheive it. In a normal seating position, the upper part of my back could never rest because of the curvature. So yeah, it's a good product, but if you think that your lower back might not have a big curve, the chair might not be for you !

Nice chair, very comfortable. Though compare to other office chairs, this one is a bit lower, but it matches my table. Like it.
