the chair is pretty good..but the onky thing i dont understand is it keeps making a nose as if it is breaking ..its worrying..but if we do use the lock the sound stops.if anyone knows please help me out

Seems to have potential but sits really low even with set at the highest height. I'm only about 5'9-5'10ish and it sits pretty low to the point where my hips are uncomfortable while sitting for any length of time. Going to see if there are any hacks online to bring it up but if not, I might have to just take the loss and try and sell it to someone shorter than me.
