These Moustache ink cartridges do not work on my Epson printer. I tried all ways to make them work and had no success. I have since reordered the original Epson cartridges and they are perfect. Please send a Label so I can return the Moustache cartridges. Thank you

I absolutely love all of the products sold here, as its cheap ink and always works, but i have ran into a problem. I just got these cartridges and installed them, but the printer only recognizes the cyan colour and not the black and magenta. I have not updated the printer at all and it remains isolated from the internet. The cartridges match all of the specifications needed but it refuses to recognize the black and magenta units. any fixes would be greatly appreciated
