After the latest Epson (July 2023) software update, these cartridges are rendered incompatible, and my Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3821 printer could not print anymore. I inquired with 123Ink and it provided me with a full refund. Thank you 123Ink to be reasonable in dealing with this matter.

J'utilise toujours ces cartouches. À deux reprises, elles étaient défectueuses et ne fonctionnaient pas.

Sometimes I feel that the XL version doesn't provide as much copy as advertised Parfois j'ai l'impression que les versions XL ne donnent pas autant de copies qu'annoncé
