The black HP 910XL cartridge cause a loud jamming sound in my printer when I installed it. Upon closer inspection, there is a "new" glued on chip on the bottom of the cartridge that is sticking out, catching on the inner workings of the printer. This is not allowing the printer head to glide along its track. I called the Shopper+ number and talked to a representative. She was very helpful and sent out a new black cartridge for me as well as asked for photos of both the old and new cartridge to compare. She explained that the company would want to know if their supplier is aware of this issue so that it does not keep happening. I respect a company that puts customers first and tries to correct problems!

Ink is ink! This option gives terrific value to what has become - for most of us - a daily necessity. It provides you with all you need to print to your heart's content at a much more reasonable cost. Bravo!
