I was happy that this site had my ordering history in my account so it was really easy simply to reorder...shipping was free and the product arrived within six days of making my request. I like the idea that the black cartridge comes in a separate package than the colour cartridge because my cartridges in the printer always run out at different times and this way the remaining cartridge remains sealed until use. Thank you once again 123ink!

Well, it was definitely easy to reorder this item as it was the same as last time and the reorder option is always available...so I was thankful about that. And even this time, I received FREE some two containers of hand sanitizer which always comes in handy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! My only disparaging remark was that the Fed Ex guy just left my package in the lobby, not brining it at least to my first door (which is only the next floor up), and if my husband would not have gone down to the lobby for other reasons we would not have known that the package had arrived. Not a big deal, but it could have been a better experience otherwise.

expensive, but OEM Canon is guaranteed to work which is valuable in its own rite.
