La télécommande pour les fonctions générales et le pointeur (sourie) vont très bien, le clavier après peu de temps à commencé à faire défaut et mettre des signes bizarres, j'ai essayer de la resetter et de changer les langues mais rien n'a pu le régler

its probably my unit but the Cursor is very Gittery and feels cheaply made with sharp edges...

I am experiencing a few different issues (some lf these are also there in other reviews.) i have tried multiple pairs of NEW batteries but the issue is still the same - gyro mouse is not working properly at all, regardless if its an android or windows. i have tried it in the range of less than 1 foot, then 2 feet , 3 feet , 4 feet , 5,feet... all the way to 10 feet..... the experience is always the same. gyro mouse is glittery, it has a 0.5 - 1 second delay in everything... which is quite a bit for a remote. - Not all the colored keys are programmable... I am ONLY able to program the green key ... but this is an issue with probably just my unit. - the remote shuts off every 10 - 15 seconds, and I have to sometimes take the batteries out and reinsert them.... and sometimes stops pairing as well... i have tried brand new batteries as well (multiple sets) and it's still happening.

Keyboard not working so well.

I ordered one of these Nov/2017 and absolutely loved it. I ordered 2 more in Apr/2018 and am not so impressed. The 2 newer ones are not the same as in picture. New ones do not have the 2 blue buttons under the "arrow" key wheel. The manual included was not the same as posted online. The translation info is bad. I stumbled over "flying squirrel" a few times before I realized somehow "air mouse" translated to "flying squirrel". My main issue has been in programming TV to remote, a Prime Cables TV I purchased in Jun/2018. I have tried steps several times, even dug out original instructions as I didn't remember having that much trouble. The best I can do is power. i cannot seem to toggle between IR and 2.4G mode. I cannot get volume, channel, etc to program. Can you post a clearer version of programming steps?
