I have been using this product for years and it has become better, especially easier to install on the printer. However, the UPS delivery service is more than terrible. I was home and they said they missed me. There are many UPS stores in my area and the deliverer had to drop package off more than 5 km away. I filed a complaint to UPS. I WISH SHOPPER+ ALLOW PEOPLE TO PICK UP THE PRODUCT FROM THE OUTLET AT RICHMOND,BC.

In addition, the speed an quality of the ordering and shipping process with your company is second to none. Because of my experiences with your company, I never hesitate to recommend your company and products to all my friends and relatives. If you are a potential first time buyer from this company, do not hesitate to da so, you won't be disappointed.

The colour cartrige does not work, tried eveything but my printer does not recognize the cartrige, will be asking for a refund. I have not used the black ink cartridge but I've purchased before and it work perfectly.
