I have bought the same model about 2 years ago and it works well. I use it everyday. It boils water fast. The insulation keeps the outside wall from getting too hot. So it reduces the chance of accidentally burning self from inadvertent touching. It also keeps the boiled water warm for a few hours. So I am happy to get another one as a Black Friday spin gift.

Very well built. The insulated side wall prevents one from accidentally burning self by touching it. It also keeps the boiled water inside warm for longer. There is no seam in the metallic compartment and the water inside does not touch any plastic parts at all. That's reassuring. That I got it on sale for an excellent price is an added bonus. The instruction pamphlet needs to be rewritten by someone with better English.

I like most is boiling water very fast. Everything is stainless steel inside which is perfect. It is kind of noisy when water is boiling but it is acceptable to me as other electric kettle also generate noise. I have used it for 1 week only and will see how it works in longer run. So far so good.

Great kettle. Boils water quickly. Stainless steel all around so no issues with plastic touching water.

Bought November 2022, and by Feb 2024 it is now a paperweight. Was good when it worked but it didn't last too long. Handle and lid broke over time just with use, and now if it's not watched will continue boiling the water until a fire starts.
