We bought this chairs because we were having massive lower back pain because of out previous chair. This are A. MAZING. We didn’t want to spend our whole savings in a “pro” chair, and if someone is like me, I recommend buying this. I love that the lumbar support is adjustable (not only vertically but also the pressure), and that the chair is all mesh. What I dont love is the head rest, because it is not that adjustable and I cant use it. I would also prefer if the armrest could get lower At the end of the day this was a great buy! Maybe next time I will buy the one with a footrest

This chair is amazing! I’ve been using it for almost 8 months, and I can say it’s great fit for my every day work! I highly recommend it to everyone who’s looking for a chair for WFH

The chair is very comfortable and the recline feature works well. Only complaint is that it does squeak a lot which can be very annoying.

Just received this chair. Its packed very well. Assembling process was easy. Mesh is good quality. Howevere, there are one downside and one issue. Downside is that this chair max height is lower than any other chairs I used. Height is Ok, but some people would need more height. Issue is that Lumbar support height adjustment\height holding part is not working at all. If I lift lumbar support higher and move it forward towards my back, then sit on the chair - I hear "Click" and lubar support slides down to the bottom. So I cannot use lumar support properly that I paid for. I am in contact with 123Ink support and waiting their technical specialist review my case and video provided. Its a very good chair if lumbar support would work with adjustable height.

First of all I got this product after a massive look out in internet. When I got it had to assemble and it was a easy task which take 15-20 min . The quality is good and mesh thing worked for me and it’s soft to sit but the only issue is the height . Itis couple of inches lower than the other one I have it according to my glass desk . This is the best price with all the necessary features you need for office chair .

The chair is pretty good. The only thing is it squeaks a lot which can be annoying.
